We are pleased to share the Nepal Education Financing Fact Sheet (2025), launched on 7 November 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya, during the TaxEd Alliance global convening on education financing and tax justice. This fact sheet provides an evidence-based overview of Nepal’s education financing trends, key challenges, and policy priorities with key ask, with a particular focus on equity and gender-responsive public investment.
Developed under the TaxEd Alliance Nepal and ActionAid International Nepal, the fact sheet aims to support policymakers, civil society, and development partners in advancing fair, sustainable, and inclusive education financing in Nepal.
